Zoho CRM comes with an optional Quickbooks plugin allowing you to synchronise data between Zoho CRM and your Quickbooks accounting tool.

Quickbooks is a very robust accounting solution, which can be tailored to your business in its own right. By using the Zoho CRM Quickbooks plugin all of the sales that were tracked and managed during the sales life cycle inside Zoho CRM will be synchronized to Quickbooks accounting tool when the sale is won.

This way, there is no danger of losing vital accounting information after Sales have closed the deal.  All accounting functions will be performed using Quickbooks.
