What is the cost of your CRM software?


By using our online CRM solution, Zoho CRM, there is no start up cost as you do not need to buy hardware or software.

You simply pay the usage fee, customize the application to suit your business and start using it.

This can equates to savings of up to 90% compared to traditional software and in-house hosted solutions.

The Rapid Implementation Package offered by CRM Asia solutions uses the free version of Zoho CRM (1-3 users), so again, there are no license costs involved, although there is reduced functionality.

If you require more users we will recommend the Small Business Starter or Professional packages and the Professional license, priced at 12 USD per use per month. The minimum number of users for this license is 4 users, and you are able to pay each month or in 6 or 12 month blocks.

There are often discounts for bulk purchases.

For a more extensive CRM implementation, we would recommend the Enterprise license, which is 25USD per user per month. The minimum number of users for this license is 4 users, and again you are able to pay each month or in 6 or 12 month blocks.

It is important to note that with Zoho CRM and all other Zoho online apps, you are not locked into yearly contracts; this means you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
