We are an Alliance Partner of Zoho and will assist in communication and tracking of any bugs that are found during or after a Zoho implementation project, however we do not have any say in the techniques used by Zoho to fix issues or in their patch release schedule.

Bugs (which are extremely rare) are considered as separate to the Zoho implementations we do and are fixed independently by the Zoho team, with CRM Asia Solutions acting as liaison between you and Zoho.
