We have a robust, secure web based HelpDesk that you will be given full access to, which allows you to submit tickets, access knowledge base articles, download user guides and even videos.

Most issues will be solved via our ticket system but for tougher issues, you can also chat live to our agents or we will contact you via Zoho meeting and Skype to analyse the issue and get it fixed.
