Do you need to be in the same country to implement a Zoho online solution?

It can help, if you have a large project, but it is not essential.

And if the scale of your initial CRM implementation is relatively small, everything can be done through the web. Requirements gathering can be done via our online project management solution, Zoho Projects, as well as email and phone/skype calls/chat.

We will ask that you assign one main contact to ‘own’ the implementation at your end to liaise with our Zoho consultant (for example, if you are implementing Zoho CRM, this is usually a Sales / Marketing Manager or someone with experience in this area).

As Zoho solutions are web based tools, customization can be done remotely and reviews can be done via the web using Zoho's online meeting solution, Zoho meeting.

Once customization is complete, users will be issued with their login credentials and can start using the tool.

User Manuals will be sent to assist users but these too can be made more efficient by incorporating them into an online Zoho Wiki - one version, always up to date.

Training is possible via Zoho meeting and skype/webinars.

Finally, we offer flexible Zoho support packages so that you can receive assistance after your Zoho implementation is complete. Please refer to the Services section for more details.

The added advantage of this method is of course cost as no on site work is required, however it can be arranged if needed.
