Why should I use the CRM support function?
Your support questions/issues will be centralised in our dedicated HelpDesk, and you will have your own login and can submit issues via the HelpDesk or via a dedicated email address.
Our HelpDesk also contains hundreds of FAQ, articles and information, as well as Zoho training aids, Zoho user guides and even training videos.
Support requests are given a ticket number, helping you to track issues to closure.
You will be dealing with English speaking experts who have years of experience implementing and supporting Zoho solutions. If you need support in Thai you will be assigned a Thai agent.
If we cannot solve the issue ourselves as Zoho Alliance Partners we have a direct channel to the Zoho team and we expedite bug reports or even feature requests.
